Although solving for client engagement can be a complex web of considerations, it does offer a clear place to start: focus on interpersonal relationships and simplify the rest. Software implementations are not impartial – they reflect the preferences and priorities of the teams who put them together. Success means developing a shared vision for why you are connecting, nailing your feedback loop, and then keeping the rest as simple as is reasonably practicable.
